The quality control is vital to the success of any manufacturing project. Our quality assurance starts from incoming materials inspection, then in-process inspection and final inspection with reports before shipping.

JMI will do incoming material testing to make sure the correct materials are used. We will provide material testing report and certificate if required for approval.

JMI will offer you inspection report if provide us the 2D file. We do free of charge for dimensions which are all able to be measured manually with calipers, gauges and the projectors. This is a part of the normal QC checkes.
